Processing time

In-stock orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Made-to-order, custom, preorder, and partner-shipped items may require additional processing time. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates

Eligible U.S. orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping—no code needed.

Under our main U.S. shipping rates, standard shipping below $50 is $7.99. Express shipping is $15.99 when available.

Some made-to-order apparel and partner-shipped products have separate shipping rates and may not qualify for free shipping. Orders containing items shipped separately may have additional shipping charges.

Available shipping options and final charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Express shipping does not shorten processing or production time.

Destinations and delivery

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Availability varies by product and destination. Enter your address at checkout to see available shipping options.

International rates are calculated at checkout. International orders may experience customs delays. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the recipient’s responsibility.

Tracking

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

For address corrections, contact us immediately. Changes may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
